How to bypass a crisis

As a an Entrepreneur, you will face problems every day, some are easy to handle, others are critical and might jeopardize your business.

First thing to do is to find your strength points and your weakness points. once you determine them, you should build over your strength, and eliminate your weaknesses.

Surprisingly enough, the challenge always comes with eliminating your weaknesses. Your weakness always comes from a failing project or an under performing employee. It always needs emotional fortitude to face this employee or admit the failure of one of your projects and take action towards it. But its inevitable that if you did not take actions and fast, it will haunt you until it grows big enough to nail you.

Starting all over again

Seems like I am starting all over again in everything. After taking the decision to shift my career for the second time, I abandoned my technical post as a Senior System admin and Team leader to be the CEO of the very startup I work in.. eSpace.

With this shift many things changed in my life, even my perspective towards lots of things, including my life.. consequently, my blog has changed to reflect the new challenges I am facing right now.

My mission will be to help Entrepreneurs to find their way, no need for them to take the hard way and learn by trial and error like I did. As sys Admin I promoted open source, and as a Entrepreneur I am still promoting the same culture, with a little twist.
